Account problems go to the platform's customer service

• On the home screen, a Customer Service entry sits in the header next to Download APP.
• On the login screen, the header line says to contact customer service if you forget your password, and the 'Account has been locked' notice carries a Contact customer service button beside Cancel.
• For deposits, the home screen's own notice says payments go through UPI and need the UTR number and amount; anything that goes wrong there is a customer service matter too.

What to have ready for BDG Win customer service

• The phone number or email the account uses, and which login tab you pick.
• The exact wording of any notice, especially the lock message.
• For a deposit, the UPI reference and UTR number; withdrawals go to the bank card on the account.
• Not the password: a new one gets set, the old one is never asked for.

What BDG Win Help cannot do

• Reset or recover a password, or unlock an account.
• Check on a deposit, a withdrawal or anything else inside an account.
• Change a phone number, email or any other account detail.

Spotted a page that no longer matches the screen?

Platform screens change from time to time and a guide can fall behind. Pages are re-read against the live screens and corrected when that happens. Whatever the state of a page, nothing on this site will ever ask you for a password or a code.
